Be honest with ourselves, our researchers, our collaborators, regulators and patients, always making transparency a key component of our drug development programs.

We are responsible first to the patients who use our products, and then to make sure our drugs work to redefine what is possible in human health.

We recognize the need to increase access to and lower the cost of medicines to improve quality of life for all. We are committed to providing equitable access to our medicines. We are focused on managing the cost of our products to those less fortunate, making them available to even those in the most dire economic circumstances.

Profit is not an ugly word. We must be profitable to achieve our goals and live by our credo. We will not profit unfairly from those less fortunate.
